These Million Dollar Deviled Eggs are a creamy, tangy twist on the Southern classic, made halal with beef bacon and perfect for gatherings or weekday snacks.

- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon softened cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 slice beef bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
- Paprika, for garnish
- Fresh chives, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn off heat and cover for 12 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath. Let cool fully, then peel carefully.
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks to a mixing bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, cream cheese, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pipe the yolk mixture back into egg whites using a piping or zip-top bag.
- Top with beef bacon, paprika, and chopped chives. Chill 30 minutes before serving.

- Chill the deviled eggs for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
