Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine pancake mix and water (or milk). Add an egg if desired.
- Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
- Pour 1/4 cup portions onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
