- 1 box Millville Protein Pancake Mix
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 cup light or full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- Generous shake of cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: hemp hearts, chia seeds
- Coconut sugar for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease an 11×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine pancake mix, water, Greek yogurt, apples, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Stir in hemp hearts and chia seeds if using.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with coconut sugar.
- Bake for about 22 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes before cutting into bars.
